The Wedding Apprenticeship
Have you ever thought about working in the wedding and event industry but not sure where to start? You’ve come to the right place.
We offer a 2-day interactive seminar designed for individuals interested in the wedding and event industry. You may be a novice, a designer, or have worked in one aspect of events and want to develop other skill sets. We’ve created this seminar to educate on topics such as creating a timeline, reading a contract, understanding different cultures of weddings and events, table top designs and set ups, bustling a wedding dress, tying a bow tie/tie, how to put on a corsage/boutonniere to what expectations other vendors and venues have when working as a team. These are just a few main topics listed, but there’s so much more that we can’t wait to share!
Upon completion of the seminar, individuals have an opportunity to continue their education working with Master Plans Events & Designs in a stepping stone process leading into an Associate Planner status. Our first apprenticeship seminar series began 10 years ago and has continued each year with participants from around the globe. Our goal is to teach and educate individuals what to expect from vendors and clients in this competitive industry. Our reputation has proven why we are sought after time and time again and we’re so excited to share our secret to success with you.
